Our signature freestanding drapes are a modern, design-led addition to weddings, corporate events and celebrations. Pre-styled and ready to hang. Perfect for creating a striking photo moment, a luxe ceremony or stage backdrop, or defining a focal area within your space. They can also be used to conceal less desirable areas or frame an entrance for a memorable first impression.

Adjustable height up to 3m high x 3m wide. (Lowest height 1.9m).

You can adjust the width also but this may affect the design of the drape.

The weighted base plates are 50cm square.

Handcrafted in our studio, each piece is designed to shape and define a space with ease. The system is sturdy, simple to assemble, and convenient to transport.

Some of our drapes may arrive with light creasing from storage and transit. We recommend hanging as early as possible, lightly steaming or a light sprtiz with water prior to use for the best finish.

1. Request Booking Submit a booking request with your event date. We’ll check availability and confirm via email.

2. DeliveryYour drape is sent out 6 days before your event date so it arrives with plenty of time for setup.Please note: deliveries must be sent to you, not directly to a venue.

3. Setup Inside the package you’ll find the pre-styled drape, frame poles, base plates/weights, and setup instructions. The modular frame system is designed for quick, easy DIY installation.

4. Enjoy Your Event Install your custom fabric backdrop and transform your space.

5. Pack & Return After your event, repack everything, apply the prepaid return labels, and leave the package in a safe place for courier collection on the next working day.

We currently ship our drapes throughout New Zealand.

All hire orders dispatched 6 days before your event date to ensure they arrive with plenty of time.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but most deliveries arrive within 1–3 working days after dispatch.

Important: Orders must be shipped directly to you and not to a venue.

PRICING (based on your location):

North Island — $40

Queenstown / Wānaka — $35 (Collection from our Queenstown depot required)

South Island (outside Queenstown/Wānaka) — $70

Queenstown/Wanaka Orders

For Queenstown bookings, all orders must be collected from our Queenstown depot. This allows us to keep the modular frame poles and weights in the region, shipping only the drape. Reducing unnecessary shipping, and ensuring all items are ready for your event.

We do not ship to Queenstown addresses; collection details will be provided once your booking is confirmed.

Return Shipping

After your event, repack the items, apply the prepaid return shipping labels provided, leave the package in a safe place for courier collection on the next working day, and use the email link we send you to book collection yourself.

Full return instructions will be sent once booking is confirmed.
